Shepherd University Athletics

Has served as the team physician since 1961, for the entire athletic program.  He is one of very few orthopedic surgeons who serve as a sideline physician in the West Virginia Conference.  He has the distinction of being the first person inducted into the Shepherd College Hall of Fame in the category of "contributor." He obtained his undergraduate degree at Washington & Lee, graduated from the Medical College of Virginia, where he also completed his internship and residency.
