Lamb excelled in football for the Rams from 1995-98.  Considered by many as the top offensive lineman ever to play at Shepherd, Lamn was a three-time First Team All-WVIAC selection and gained First Team All-Region honors as a senior team captain.  He keyed an offensive line that paved the way for All-American Damian Beane to rush for a then-school record 2,096 yards in 1998.  Lamb was a member of two WVIAC Champion teams in 1997 and 1998, and played on the first team in program history to gain an NCAA playoff victory when Shepherd upset Indiana (PA), 9-6 in 1998.
